Step 1: Visit your front desk
Simply contact our Front Desk and provide the following:
Provide Your Email Address to Front Desk
Your Credit Card and ID to Pay Rent Online
No Credit Card Necessary for submitting Maintenance Requests Online
Your credit card will not be charged until you make a payment through MyGuestPortal.com
Note that only ONE credit card can be verified and used at a time (split payments are not available online)
Step 2: Visit the Myguestportal.com
You will be asked to provide the following information, and guide you through setting up a password:
Your Last Name
Your Check-In Date
The Email Address Provided to Front Desk
Your Folio Number on Your Last Reciept*
Our front desk can provide your Folio number if you are having issues locating.
You will need to check your email for a validation code. After you enter the code, you will be able to start making payments online.
