Jareth was a really big help in a time of need. His customer service skills are great and he made me feel welcomed the moment I stepped through the door. Upon paying rent for a longer stay, he addressed me by name, which made me feel like more than just another person staying here. Awesome experience. I am looking forward to staying a while.

For a business to succeed in Albuquerque, it requires management that is savvy and personable yet efficiently effective when it is required. Tammy is just the right fit for such a manager. I have been at Siegel Suites at 75 Hotel Circle NE in Albuquerque since May 2018. I have seen her handle several unpleasant situations. I have gotten great service from her as well. She knows business and customer relations. She also never loses her cool when she has to be tough. I could live in a lot of other apartments, yet I choose to remain at Siegel Suites because I don't have to worry about my apartment getting burglarized.

My time here this far has been extremely comfortable. Management, staff, (including Mercedes Blair), has been nothing less of friendly and helpful. Front desk staff answers the phone promptly and in a respectable manner. Maintenance is always available and response time is sufficient. I am a happy current resident here and I am very pleased to call Twain 1 my home. I'd also recommend this particular location to my friends and peers coming in from out of town.

I want to say thank God for Elizabeth. She has the greatest understanding and concern for her tenants. She is very professional, honest, caring and quick to help out when ever possible. This is the best place for me to live. The property is always clean, quite, and drama free. 100% loyal and satisfied tenant. I absolutely love it here!!
