I'd like to take the opportunity to compliment you on your fine staff at the 700 Las Vegas Boulevard location in Las Vegas, Nevada. Chris, the manager, as well as his assistant manager, have both been actively helpful in running the property in such a way that it gives me comfort to live here. An air conditioning problem was handled well. Security overnight is a fine and helpful presence. Maintenance is courteous. Any operation seems to me to run well or not from the top down. In that regard, Chris the manager sets and runs the property very well. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful, even while active with multiple things at hand. Both he and his staff contribute greatly to my comfort and enjoyment living here.

Siegel Suites Tropicana
The staff at the front desk was very nice and respectful. The two ladies that were there today were Shani and Candace. I was also given a tour of the suites that I was interested in and was told that if any repairs need to be made, that I can just contact them. Something was wrong with my bathtub water tap and they got it fixed within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this location just based on the high level of customer service and the management staff. They actually care about their work. The location is nice too - just off Tropicana and the traffic noise is nearly nonexistent.

I've lived at your Checkmate location along with my wife for almost 5 yrs now. We've been here through at least 6 managers here and we can honestly say Victoria is the best manager we've ever had. She has cleaned this property up in every way imaginable. She's intelligent and does her job extremely well. My wife, who is disabled, now feels safe here because Victoria runs this place well, firm but always with a smile! Thank you for making the right choice in management for Checkmate. Victoria is again the best manager.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. The prices are reasonable for what they offer and the location is close to all bus routes.
