I would like to commend Tammy our manager at your Albuquerque 75 Hotel Circle - she is an amazing part of the Siegel Team. She daily deals with issues of a serious nature. I have witnessed her training her employees so that they function to their highest levels of performance. She should put on training seminars for new employees. Training videos could be used at other facilities. Tammy is very articulate and capable of providing memorable training. Tammy's training of Brenda (our housekeeper) is so obvious as Brenda smiles, is cheerful and diligently works to complete every task Tammy has assigned her. One of Tammy's trademarks is the sharing of new vocabulary words so I will include one of my own from the internet. es·prit de corps /eˌsprē də ˈkôr/ noun a feeling of pride, fellowship, and common loyalty shared by the members of a particular group. "they developed some esprit de corps through athletics competitions" Tammy is a great asset to the Siegel Corporation. She can train new employees if they have the raw ingredients. Thanks for making my home the Siegel Suites at 75 Hotel Circle a very satisfying and warm place to live.

I moved in here a couple weeks ago and was a bit concerned about the area but have been pleasantly surprised! Check in process was fast and easy. Marie was my agent and explained everything as she processed it. She showed me my Jr. One Bedroom and WOW! Everything, and I mean everything, was brand new and updated. Leather (not real of course), sofa, modern distressed bedroom furniture, new appliances, flat screen tv, new vinyl flooring that looks like wood, new toilet and I'm going to say even the tub/shower was new also cause it was sparkling! Move in was smooth and I'm extremely happy here. The pool is right out my door. Laundry is just across the yard. Washers and dryers kick ass! They also take a card instead of quarters. Have not seen 1 bug/roach. NOT ONE! Surrounding neighbors are very nice and helpful. It stays fairly quiet here. There's 2 convenience stores near property. My unit is awesome! This was going to be temporary but ya know what? I might just stay here! Thanks Marie for your help!
Long Term Housing

This is an old hotel that has been switched to long term housing. Furnishings and amenities are exactly what you would expect. The building is well maintained, clean and has excellent A/C, Heat and hot water. I have lived here for over a year and I very much like the all inclusive fee.

Great staff, quiet place. Not a lot to do for kids, but the kids here are respectful and its nice to see for a change.
