My name is Dave and live at 1500 Fremont. I moved here from the Bay Area a little over a year ago after living there for 27 years under 3 landlords. I am retired now but have a background in business management so I know the ins and outs of running a large company. After a disastrous attempt to move into the Mi Tierra Apts near Paradise and Swenson, I found you guys. I want to thank you and your staff here for running what appears to be a great place and your all-in-one approach to housing. I was extremely impressed by your handling of the fire at 1400 Fremont a year ago. Your people were on repairs in 3 days and done in a couple weeks. It would have taken my previous landlord months to complete such repairs. Your staff here is very good and very attentive. Sharon, Hector and Courtney all handle their jobs with efficiency, humor and a genuine care. Sharon in particular is a fierce supporter of her tenants getting repairs done in a quick fashion. Thanks for your time.
