My sincere thanks to Siegel for their willingness to work with me on allowing more time to pay the rent. While I was going through a trying time, it of course could have been tougher without Siegel's help. You have shown that Siegel does care. And I don't believe you have any employee that represents that more than the manager here Elizabeth. She's as good of a manager as anyone will ever find, and just as wonderful as a human being. When you get both of those attributes in your leader you know you have the responsibilities in the right hands. I, of course, have kept my word and paid the month and the late fees. Again, I thank you.

Siegel Suites Checkmate is awonderful place to call home! Our manager Victoria is so great at her job. She's alwaysmore than happy to make sure her tenants live in a clean and quiet community. Yes, community! There's a huge difference between an apartment complex and a community, and victoria made it one. Grounds are clearn, no bugs, no thugs, no drama. Just a great place all around!

My company gave me a transfer to Las Vegas, and I needed a place quickly. Sheila was a delight! She asked questions to determine the best location for me, and was able to work within my budget. Upon arrival, Courtney, at the front desk, was pleasant, and happily gave directions to various places in the neighborhood. The room is clean, no sign of bugs, and the neighborhood is quiet. There was one minor electrical issue with the bathroom outlet, but after reporting it, it was fixed in a timely manner by maintenance staff. I’d recommend Siegel Suites to anyone needing short term accommodations.

Siegel Suites Paradise
I wanted to take this moment to recognize “Liz” the landlord at Siegel on 2000 Paradise Rd. I have been staying here since October, in March I had a health scare that forced me to the hospital for a brief period conditional upon beginning an outside treatment of kidney dialysis which I had already began in the hospital. I was ordered to go 3 times per week 4 hours per session. While better upon release from the hospital, dialysis was keeping me alive as it does many. After one particular session I took a “Lyft” cab service home and my cell phone had fallen out of my pocket in the driver’s car. I did not realize this for another couple of hours. Upon discovering and realizing what must have happened I was frightened, still at a very precarious point in my health at this point of my dialysis. Lyft was my only ride, I have no family here and have only just begun making friends. Simply put, “I had no way to get to Dialysis”. I went to the front office and told Liz that I needed to use her phone, please? I explained to her what had happened and she went a step farther. She called my phone that showed up on caller ID as a different number than the office, the driver answered. I tried to explain to the driver just how important, (Life & Death), my phone was for treatment. Elizabeth went a step farther and emailed “Lyft” customer support explaining that she was my sister and that I needed to have this phone, etc… At noon the next day the driver was waiting for me at the office front door phone in hand. No doubt her effort helped.
