We were in a bad situation, on a very limited budget & had a very small time frame to move. Every other place I called was not only rude, but provides the bare minimum information I needed & were far from helpful. When I called Siegel Paradise early that morning, Michael was more than happy to answer all my questions & most of all- upfront & honest about move in cost as well as availability. He kept in constant contact with me throughout the day- keeping me updated on when the room would be available. Although he was off at 5, he stayed later just to get us all settled in & even gave us a week of Wi-Fi. He went above & beyond. Customer Service is a big thing for me.. It can make or break my opinion of a business & employee. We haven't experienced outstanding Customer Service like this in a very long time. Thanks again Michael!!

I wanted to take the time and thank the staff at this property (Sasha, Rebecca, Candice) and all others (Maintance staff fantastic). I have been here for 10 months, and love the convenience of everything included, up keep of the property, continued support when something needs to be replaced or repaired. Again, Thank you all who work so hard on this property.
