I just moved into your Las Vegas location at sierra vista. I would say its prolly the best Siegel Suites I have been in. Real clean. Super clean bath tub, which is a relief! And also the AC is super cold, i have to turn it up in the middle of the night even in 105 degree weather. The water gets really hot and stays hot. Also clean carpet. The staff was amazing. I came in last min with my 4 year old son before they were closing and they gave me the last room. Very friendly. After all great experience 5 star fersher! Thank you!

We were in a bad situation, on a very limited budget & had a very small time frame to move. Every other place I called was not only rude, but provides the bare minimum information I needed & were far from helpful. When I called Siegel Paradise early that morning, Michael was more than happy to answer all my questions & most of all- upfront & honest about move in cost as well as availability. He kept in constant contact with me throughout the day- keeping me updated on when the room would be available. Although he was off at 5, he stayed later just to get us all settled in & even gave us a week of Wi-Fi. He went above & beyond. Customer Service is a big thing for me.. It can make or break my opinion of a business & employee. We haven't experienced outstanding Customer Service like this in a very long time. Thanks again Michael!!
