My husband and I have lived at Checkmate for 10 yrs this yr and have seen many a management change here. Recently Ms Sesma went to a new property. We'll always miss her! I couldn't believe what a great manager we got, Natalie is absolutely wonderful! She can run Checkmate wonderfully, is a delight to talk to and efficient as one could be. We are thrilled Natalie is here and we thank you for placing her here! Just had to email on what a great job she's doing here. And we thank you again! Have a lovely weekend,

Everyone of your Front Desk staff (Ms. Nessa, Mr. Monte, Ms. Shala) have given Outstanding Customer Service! Your Management Team Ms. Rhonda & Ms. Dasia have been INCREDIBLE! Ms. Rhonda goes Above & Beyond to help and brings such a great understanding of what’s needed along with offering solutions to best suit the need. Your Maintenance Team, specifically Mr. Ray, are Amazing! They worked so hard and had my unit ready in no time! I can’t thank your team at Siegel Suites MLK enough! My stay here was enjoyable, Staff was great. Always smiling with a friendly attitude. Also very quiet area no matter time of day it was. Plus certain times they had nice firework shows and one time they had a drone light show . Amazing what they could do with them things. Perfect view from my third floor VIP SECTION. I'd like to say thank you to Robin Henckel she has been a great with helping me with getting rental assistance from both CHAPS and RAFT. I've been living at this location for almost 2yrs and I can say for sure that Robin will do anything she can to help here tenants with getting rental assistance.
