I loved living here. Overall, the staff are friendly and courteous. The pricing is about right and they are always willing to work with you if your rent is a few days late. The only thing I didn't like was that the fire alarm went off quite often. Mostly due to someone leaving their clothes in the dryer for too long. Not necessarily a bad thing considering what could happen if it didn't work. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an efficiency apartment downtown.

It's nice to live at a place where you don't have to worry about bugs, work orders are done in a timely fashion. front desk always greets you. I'm aware some people look at Siegal; like it's a weekly, but it feels more like a community. It's also nice for the people with kids they do activities for kids (no one feels left out). The management and staff care about the property; Which that means a lot to tenants like myself. who have lived elsewhere to see differently. They make you feel welcome despite what you're going through.
